1. Diameter range: φ 8-400mm (such as TA2 industrial pure titanium rod supporting customization of φ 8-200mm, TC4 titanium alloy rod providing φ 60-100mm);

2. Length: usually 300-6000mm, supports cutting to length (such as TA2 industrial bar with a maximum length of 5000mm);

3. Surface treatment: acid wash, glossy finish, black skin, etc;

4. Typical grades: TA2, TC4, TA9, etc., with a tensile strength of up to 1500MPa.

2、 Common specifications of medical titanium rods

Diameter range: * 1-300mm (e.g. TC4ELI titanium rod provides * 1-45mm, TA2 medical titanium rod supports * 4-100mm);

Length: Standard 3000mm, customizable (such as TC4 titanium rod commonly 500mm in length);

Surface requirements: high-precision polishing or polishing, roughness must comply with ASTM F67 standard;

Typical grades: TA1ELI, TA2ELI, TC4ELI, etc., must meet the medical standard GB/T 13810-2017.

3、 Key Differences

Execution standard: ASTM B348 is commonly used for industrial bars, while ASTM F67 is required for medical bars;

Impurity control: Medical titanium rods have stricter requirements for the content of impurities such as iron and carbon;

Biocompatibility: Medical titanium rods require cytotoxicity testing, while industrial rods do not have this requirement.
